Hampton Inn & Suites Austin Cedar Park-Lakeline

Our room was very clean and full of various amenities. Check in was a breeze. Very nice clerk who was patient and very personable. Have two queen beds. My wife and enjoyed our stay a great deal! Highly recommend staying here. Awesome time!

When I checked into my room with my 2 year old toddler at 3:30pm, I informed the front desk that the toilet wasn't working properly. I was told no one could check it until the next day. I called again the following morning, and was told someone would check as soon as we went out for the day. The toilet wasn't working properly, but hadn't done more than poorly flushed and kept making running sounds. We went out for the morning; I received a text two hours later, while we were out at a library with family, that we needed to come back and move our belongings to a new room because the toilet had flooded the room. We went back to the Hampton Inn Cedar Park -Lakeline and were directed to use a luggage cart to move our belongings. Fortunately we had only left one bag of clothing on the floo

This place is a little dated, but the size of rooms more than make up for it. Service is exceptional. And if you want to be in the heart of Austin, this isn't the place. But, if you're looking for a great deal with access to burbs this is your place. The one thing that is the most important to me, as a person that travels for work often, is having great internet. I've been to a lot of Hilton properties and this one may be the best when it comes to internet speed. For those of you who travel and take your internet seriously, fear not, this place is perfect for it. It Matters Where You Stay!

We usually always choose Hampton for the comfortable beds, this one missed the mark. They are either not the usual Hampton mattresses or they are in desperate need of replacement. 3rd floor dryer is a fire hazard, it has no Bering’s left in it, it’s rolling metal on metal and is LOUD. Thermostats also need replacing, our room worked off and on but thankfully it wasn’t hot out so it was fine. One in laundry room/ ice vending doesn’t even work therefore it’s very very warm in there. Otherwise was great, just missed the Hampton standards we are used to.

The room was clean and nice but the one important factor of the room was horrible! The mattress was horrible. Lumpy, hard which made it very uncomfortable and hard to sleep. When I checked out the next morning the receptionist told I coukd have gotten another mattress pad. HA I explained to her it was after 8pm I had been driving all day. I was exhausted and why should it have been my responsibility to take care of it. She never offered me a discount but said they would look into it. I'm sure they ignored reports of that mattress before because why would she have tried to cover it up with saying I could've gotten a mattress pad as a solution. I told her they needed to replace it. It's that bad! This was Christmas eve. Not good at any rate.
