Hampton Inn Portland East

This hotel is well maintained, in a convenient location for our purposes and the staff is very friendly and helpful. ||Jake went above and beyond welcoming us and making sure we’re well taken care of. Bringing our dog wasn’t a problem at all and Jake gave us a pet door hanger for our room. ||The room and the hotel were clean and in good condition. The breakfast offerings were delicious and not the same every morning. ||I will happily stay here again when I return to Portland.

LUPE!!!!! Lupe was our anchor. She was assisting us before we even left Montana! We had such a peaceful interaction, it blew us away! We are from a small town (839 people) and we don't EVER get this kind of service! Lupe was welcoming, inviting and personable. Efficient and resourceful! SHE'S A KEEPER & DESERVES A RAISE IN PAY! because you can't pay people to do a good job these days, she's actually interested in just doing a good job!

Was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Rooms had a smell. Older scent... Breakfast was good but other Hampton Inn do more. Overall great experience for area.and price.

Great location, very clean. Love the pool and jacuzzi. And a huge fan of the breakfast. Love this place. Have stayed now a few times, consistently wonderful.

I booked a stay between October 13-17. During the stay, an anonymous “guest” stalked me from the lobby to my room, without my knowledge. The anonymous guest harassed me by calling the front desk, giving them my room number, and making a false accusation that I am selling meth. The general manager called my hotel room landline, woke me from my sleep after 10pm, and warned me that meth isn’t allowed on the property. I’ve never done anything illegal like that in my life. My privacy was violated, and the employees treated me like a criminal. Aside from this, here are some other teasons to avoid this hotel: 1.) The toilet in my hotel room didn’t work on the first night. I had to call and wait for maintenance to arrive. 2.) The hotel is located in a sketchy part of town, with limited security
