Hampton Inn Kansas City-Lee's Summit

Absolutely wonderful! The rooms were clean. Water pressure in the showers. Excellent. The staff was absolutely amazing. The continental breakfast was above and beyond with several extras. Make your own Belgian waffles, two different kinds of syrup, bacon, sausage, eggs, oatmeal, and of course, bagels and yogurt and fruit with so many little enmities like dried cranberries, and sliver almonds for the oatmeal. The coffee and a variety of flavored tea was amazing. And The parking lots were well lit. Just an all-around comfortable two nights stay.

Great rooms and amenities. Wendy did amazing housekeeping that was much appreciated after a long day. Shower and bathroom accessibility was excellent, plenty of counter space and grab rails. The space between furniture was a bit tight in places but the comfortability made up for it. Would definitely return and highly recommend.

Positive: Staff was present and nice. Negative: The room was noisy. The refrigerator made a constant buzzing noise. We woke up thinking flies were stuck in the room. The bathroom door made an even stranger sound when it was moved. We thought someone was knocking on the room door.

The hotel was spotless, the room was comfortable, and I felt welcomed from the moment I walked in the door. Seth greeted me upon arrival—he was warm, professional, and genuinely kind. He thanked me for being a Gold member and made me feel truly appreciated. But the real highlight of my stay happened after checkout. I accidentally left my Apple AirPods in my room. I called the hotel and got straight through to Seth. Without hesitation, he coordinated with Paul, the maintenance tech, who immediately went to check the room.
