Best Western Plus Lee's Summit Hotel & Suites

Will definitely stay at this hotel again. The hotel was easy to get to and it’s located in a nice area. The room was clean the bed was comfortable the staff were friendly and helpful. Not much more you could ask for. Except, maybe a working bathroom fan. In all it was a quiet and comfortable stay, even though the hotel was at full occupancy.

When I arrived, I was always so excited it seem like it was gonna be the best hotel experience I ever had until I did further investigation and seen that my hot tub was not clean properly cleaned. It was left with hair and dirt in it and so then I had to clean the shower as well housekeeping just did not do their job. They did a horrible job. They didn’t clean it at all. They just skipped it and so after that point I didn’t trust anything I clean the toilet I clean the sink I clean the floor I spray the room down wiped out what I could and then I was able to enjoy my stay in the hot tub was just the right size. The shower was amazing and the bed was really Comfy. When I asked for extra pillows and towels, they were given to me right when I asked so no problems there I didn’t get to take pa

Made reservations here a few weeks ago thru 3rd party. (10-18 to 10-19) When got there we were informed there was no payment yet. We showed proof charge on card but was told “we can charge card again and give u a room.” Was also told they knew earlier in the day but didn’t bother calling us. Guy behind desk was an absolute jerk and very rude. Don’t have to worry about us going back

Positive: All the employees were friendly, articulate and worked hard to please customers and keep the place clean. The free breakfasts were as good as can be expected and was kept organized and stocked. The coffee maker in the lobby is active 24/7??? Negative: The hotel is old and could use a remodeling. However it is well maintained and kept clean. I will stay there again on my next trip to Lees Summit.

We were here over the Christmas holiday. It's your typical Best Western hotel. Rooms were okay for our needs. They could use some TLC. Had some issues with staff and maids. Several maids were anything but pleasant.. The 0600 breakfast open time was late on more than one occasion. The pool was nice and we enjoyed that portion of our trip. Found a bug in the coffee maker on our last day in Lee's Summit. We utilize Best Western properties alot as we travel extensively.. This experience was a just abump in the road and doesn't represent all Best Western hotels. Plotted..Scouts Out.
