Hampton Inn I-75 Lexington/Hamburg Area

Our room was clean and the bed comfortable. It was nicely decorated. The breakfast offered a lot of options and was good. This hotel has a good location, close to restaurants and shopping. There is a Cracker Barrel right down the street.

Rooms were a bit run down and the halls and elevators needed some attention in the cleaning department. This was a great location for a quick over night stop and access to nearby restaurants. We reported a concern and was told that staff was too busy probably wouldn't get to it. We managed it ourselves and when we reported it was taken care of we were told basically good thing they weren't going to get to it anyway. The pool area was nice with plenty of seating.

We had an awesome stay. The room was spotless. Great shower and comfortable bed and pillows. McDonald’s within walking distance. Good breakfast, but the heart and soul of this property is the General manager Ashley. She is amazing. Kind , extremely knowledgeable and professional. We are Diamond members and even though this is not the best Property we have ever stayed at Ashley makes it seem like the best. Thank you Ashley to you and your team, but especially Ashley for making this one of the best experience we have ever had. Thank you Ashley for making our stay amazing every time we come to your hotel. We will definitely be back.

Stayed here for one night. The service was great. The front desk workers were very polite and helpful. The breakfast was hot and it was good. We have children so we wanted to swim in the indoor pool. There was green algae on the floor, and I’m pretty sure there was mold. There was so much chlorine in the air it was burning my eyes just sitting in the pool area. My kids did have fun swimming though! Our bathroom had spots of mold as well. The floor in our room was nasty. Just having my shoes off for a few minutes and the floor felt sticky. My kids feet were gross when they took a shower last night (picture of towel in bathroom). Overall it was an ok stay for one night, just a few cleaning problems that can be fixed.
