Clarion Pointe Forsyth I-75

Very clean, attendants were extremely nice and helpful even the lady coming over to help me with the microwave this morning. The young man checking us in last night was very mannerly and respectful. And the young lady we engaged in conversation with with her winter gloves and hat. Great breakfast buffet and al in all very pleasant and affordable stay.

Positive: Location of restaurants and shopping. Negative: Carpet stayed soak and wet in front of AC unit inside sitting area, therefore had to keep shoes on. Last night there fire alarm went off for hours therefore did not get any sleep . The swimming pool was also closed entire time.

I have never stayed in a hotel that I was not able to close the curtains for privacy. The track only ran partially across the top. It's very unnerving due to lack of privacy. If I weren't so road weary, I would have gone elsewhere. Also, the sofa in my room, 227, appeared to have been ejaculated onto it. How is something like that not cleaned up between patrons? 1 of my white bath towels was very dingy and should probably come out of use. The customer service was great. The breakfast was better than echoed. Location was easy to access. I'll be honest, I was pretty disappointed.

Really old, dated, room smells musty, water came out of the tub brown. Floors were sticky. We would not choose to stay at this motel if other hotels had availability

We have stayed here 4 times. The first two times were in 2022 and 2023, it was great. Affordable, clean, good breakfast. The last two times in 2024 and July 2025, have been pretty awful. Dirty, rundown, lack of breakfast options. This last time we had to change rooms. Our room was missing a curtain (you could see right in), and the deadbolt did not work. When I asked to change rooms, the receptionist changed my room, what was not apologetic about it. My wife did not want to stay here this time, but we did due to price. We will not be staying here again.
