Everything was more than fine. Comfortable mattress, nice linens, very hot water in the shower with good water pressure. The room was spotless. Breakfast was plentiful. |Front desk staff was efficient, pleasant and professional.|There is no reason to stay anywhere else in the area.

⸻ The location is very convenient — right near Crocker Park and just off the highway, with plenty of food and shopping options nearby, which made it great for checking in and getting around. We encountered Rhonda at check-in. She was very polite. We attempted an early check-in and although the room wasn’t ready at that time, she was prompt in ensuring it was cleaned and available for us in a timely manner. Breakfast is what you would expect from a typical entry-level hotel — nothing special, but acceptable. Unfortunately, only one elevator was working, and even that one was not functioning properly. If you're looking for a spot in Westlake that’s close to everything, this is it. It’s right off Detroit Rd, so getting to the local shops and restaurants was a breeze. I stayed for two nights and found the location to be the perfect middle ground for everything we had planned in the area. The breakfast was a great addition—it was well-stocked both mornings and had plenty of variety to get our day started. Clean, comfortable, and very convenient! I would stay here again for sure.

As others have said, this is an older property that is showing its age. The rooms were small, but clean. The beds were comfortable. There was good water pressure and the water was hot. On the downside, the HVAC unit had a mind of its own, the furnishings were worn, and the tub area was in need of a recaulk. The breakfast was fine--typical Hampton fare. In general, this hotel is like most of the Cleveland properties--older and well-used. If you are expecting to find a sparkling new hotel, this is not it. But, it is a clean room and a comfortable bed.
