Hampton Inn Billings

This is my favorite hotel. The front desk staff is great, Tiffany, Megan, Brandon, Chris, Shawn, all great, maybe the best... Exceptional service from all of them, and always make ya feel welcome. Rooms are clean well maintained, good pillows.

Comfortable beds. Good climate control in the room. Microwave is available on request. Staff super helpful. Location is right off I-90.

This is our go-to hotel, and now it will be forever. We didn't realize we had dropped 4 signed checks in their parking lot. One of the wonderful staff there, along with the young lady at the front desk Thursday morn 11/13/25, found these, called us to let us know. This could have gone so wrong, but they restored our faith that there is still good out there. Our thanks!!

This hotel had it all!! Service, comfort, cleanliness, and you could tell that the employees really cared!!|Megan, in particular, at the front desk was AMAZING and made sure everything about our stay was over-the-top outstanding!!|Would HIGHLY recommend this hotel - and only regret we traveled home a different route so we could have stayed there again!

Can't say enough good things about Jessica. She is exceptional when it comes to booking block of rooms for high school events. So great to work with!! Appreciate her so much!
