Positive: Awful Negative: paid to sleep in the parking lot

- terribly run down hotel, dirty carpets in suite ( yes, $400/ night due to wedding event), yet dirty towels and dirty carpet in suite.|- stayed in multiple rooms during that month and every room was poorly maintained |- washing machine broken, rude front desk staff, they did not care to fix it or even let guests know.|- terrible breakfast.. sugary unhealthy fast food out of a machine||will NEVER stay again, for this price there are lovely B&B and inns in the area.

Worst hotel management experience. We booked a King Suite with a refrigerator more than a month in advance. When we arrived, the manager checked us into a room with two queen beds and no refrigerator—without informing us of the change. When we went back to the front desk, we were told the hotel had overbooked to accommodate a hockey team and that our room had been downgraded. We received no phone call, no prior notice, and no apology. Even worse, despite the downgrade, we were not refunded the price difference. To make matters worse, the hockey team ran through the hallways screaming and causing disturbances, with no visible supervision. Despite complaints, hotel management did nothing to address the noise. I would not recommend this hotel due to poor management and lack of consideratio

I stayed for one unpleasant night. The room had two serious issues. The first was a loud noise every minute or so keeping me awake. The other was a pervasive smell resembling insecticide throughout the hotel. At about 945pm the front desk said they would contact the bus driver to stop the noise. At five minutes past midnight the front desk says they’re unaware of the problem. There were no trash cans in the room or bathroom.

King room very small. Most furniture did not match. Air conditioner very loud, turned off by itself in middle of night. Crumbs left on floor from previous guests. Laundry room out of service. Not a typical stay at Hampton Inn. Staff was very pleasant. Needs to be updated
