Hamilton Tower

I wish I could give it a zero! I unfortunately had to deal with the poor management twice now. At the towers there where too many fake fire drills, dirty disgusting stairways, shattered back entrance window, drugs, dirty and barely working laundry sites. The manager came as she pleased. Lock outs were common when you go to pay and she's not there to receive it. Mail stolen and lack of maintenance. Arbor village is also in the same boat. This manager is very rude! Maintenance also does half ass work at their convenience! Issues on giving you rent receiptsvwithout attitude. Bug issues! Laundry here is nasty and a joke! RENT ALWAYS GOES UP FOR NO REASON! I can go on but you get the point! Currently have a rent problem I went for help from a company and showed the manager the legal paper from

There has been a bad infestation of bugs over the past few months. It has gotten to the point where I cannot even stay in the room this morning. Thorough inspections of rooms should be done to hold those that live like dirty hamsters accountable for OUR environment. Management is welcome in our space at time to see what the standard should be. Also, this is no place for people with pets to live. It's essentially a motel room. A one star motel, but you get the picture.

You advertise $220/week and a $200 deposit everywhere online and because my credit is a 570, you want a $600 deposit and no application fees and now all of the sudden you don't advertise you're charging application fees or credit checks, you advertise that you're not. False promotions man, I'm telling my 6,000+ followers on X.

Place is nice , have a friend her room is spotless buh she still gets bugs that get in

The Hamilton towers used to be a hotel. It was converted into an apartment building several years ago. It's a great place for young couples or students or singles. I'm not sure what's the largest apartment size they have but I do know it's mostly comprised of studios and one bedroom apartments. They are very relaxed as far as I know on credit checks.
