Absolutely unacceptable. Within hours of checking in, we saw cockroaches in the bathroom near the sink and along the baseboards. That immediately made us question how well the rooms are actually cleaned. The room smelled musty, the carpet felt sticky in spots, and the bathroom clearly hadn’t been deep cleaned in a long time. It felt unsanitary. What made it worse was the atmosphere outside. There were groups of men lingering around the parking lot and walkways late into the night with no clear purpose. It didn’t feel comfortable or safe. When we reported the issues, the response was casual and dismissive. No urgency — just an offer to move rooms, which doesn’t exactly inspire confidence. We left as early as possible. Would not stay here again.

Absolutely unacceptable stay. The room was unsanitary and unsafe. I encountered bed bugs, roaches, and fleas, making it impossible to rest. There was no hot water, the A/C was leaking, and several appliances did not work at all. Cleanliness was a major problem. The mattress had visible blood and urine stains, along with poop stains elsewhere in the room. Towels were dirty, no shower mats were provided, and housekeeping was either nonexistent or completely incompetent. The room also had a strong cigarette smell and visible mold, which is concerning for health reasons. Security and comfort were lacking. The door had only one lock, offering little peace of mind. Do not go here. Run away as fast as you can, hopefully you will be able to outrun the bed bugs. This is no longer Red Lion; its now called "Guest Place Inn". I can see why, Red Lion wouldn't want to tarnish its name. When we arrived, our room wasn't cleaned at all. The TV remote didn't even have batteries. The people hanging around in the parking were creepy, often asking for money. The worst experience I have ever had in any place. We saw the conditions and asked for a full refund, and to the credit of the management, we got it.

We got there as mistake, thought it was gonna be decent according to the price, but wasn’t even close, I don’t even know where to start, I don’t get why they have a pool if it’s unusable, we first got a room that smelled like pee, and the ac was broken, then they changed us to another one the sheets were stained (that’s what I wanted to think) or not even changed idk, there was sheets and stuff under the stairs (maybe a homeless person sleeping there) around 1am there was a bunch of police cars in the front of the building… among other things, no peace at all, there was people walking and talking almost all night,anyway, the ladies at the front desk were really nice tho but it doesn’t compensate the whole experience not recommended it at all!! One of the worst experiences of my life

The first room I was given hadn't been cleaned at all. The floor was dirty, and there was trash under and behind the beds. I also found a used syringe behind one of the beds. The bathroom had black mold everywhere and the toilet continuously ran. I told the office and they moved me to a different room. Smaller, but pretty much the same problem. Even found another used syringe behind a night stand. DEFINITELY NOT A CLEAN PLACE AT ALL!
