I don't know where to be begin. I was excited about this company so I can order my hard to find hotel products, but everything has been a DISASTER since. First order I placed took 4 months to receive that included failures of: 4 attempts to ship (one to a wrong house in NJ ...I'm in TX!), miscommunication by several departments on payment, website not working and needing to place order on phone, I ultimately paid by credit card and AFTER I counted about 20 invoices in the mail asking for full payment with not a single notice of a credit invoice until literally JULY (again I placed order in March?), the product on both occasions came with EVERY singe lid open (ALL 6!) and product spilling from the box (BOTH times they attempted to ship!). Does there shipping department not check this?? With
