Guest Inn

My stay here has been wonderful. Friendly owners and staff. Very clean. No bugs. Has microwave and mini fridge. Towels and pillows. Everything works! Good wi-fi. It’s a very quiet place. I can actually relax and get good rest here. Guest Inn is completely different from most other motels in the area. I have stayed at Econo Lodge and Eighth st motel and those places are so filthy. Filled with roaches, bed bugs, and mice. Trash everywhere. Eighth st motel doesn’t even offer pillows nor towels and you’d have to be really lucky to get a room with a microwave or refrigerator. It’s most definitely worth paying the price difference at Guest Inn!

Rooms are outdated & need to be refreshed. Had to leave door open to air out with foul odor when I first arrived. They charge a deposit of $51.75 for incidentals which they say is refunded at checkout. Took 4 days to show up and was $50, not the $51.75 I was charged. Kind of odd they actually charge you and it's not just on file AND you don't get full amount returned. All in all an ok stay for what was paid and expected. I did have my boat and plug ins were available. Very well lit lot too.

We head a great stay over here. Surprisingly rates are $69/day but on google it shows higher-80$/day. It is a road touch motel with ample of parking space. Clean and spacious rooms. Rooms has brnd new fueniture, new bath tub and accessories. All toiletry toiletrymateril / coffee available. Friendly people. Shppoing, gas station nearby. Safe stay.

Positive: that i am comfortable to sleep on the bed Negative: it wasn’t clean there were trash inside the trash pin, T.V wasn’t working

Stayed by myself at the Guest Inn in Roger’s AR and self nice and safe. It was only a 15 something minute drive to bar hop in Bentonville and a 5 minute drive to downtown Roger’s (which is very charming). Rooms were clean and featured a huge nicely lit mirror I enjoyed. Hot shower and friendly service. They let me pay my $50 deposit (you get it back if you don’t trash the room ofc) in cash and I easily got it back when I left. Definitely recommend!
