Greenhouse Uptown

This charming Airbnb listing in the heart of uptown is a must-visit. I thoroughly enjoyed being right on the M line trolley, which provided a convenient way to explore the neighborhood. The neighborhood felt incredibly safe, making me feel comfortable and at ease. The spacious home boasts ample sunlight, but you can easily draw the blinds and curtains for privacy when needed. I had a wonderful time here and will definitely be returning in the future!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! The person running this place is entirely incompetent. On my arrival date, I had not received any check in instructions. I called to no answer then got a text. I proceeded to spend my entire flight going back and forth as he "tried to figure out payment with Expedia." The place was booked and the stay was fully paid for three weeks in advance. Then he told me that I would have to switch rooms in the middle of a three day stay. Why was this being addressed the day of my arrival??? I would have went elsewhere. He blamed it on Expedia and didnt even apologize until I told him he hadn't apologized. There was hair on the bathroom floor, outlets didn't work, there was no remote for the TV. Then, a half hour after I left, I received a text telling me I needed to check out now.

Room was creaking lights weren’t working toilet handle was falling off. Couldn’t sleep because bus stop and cars could be heard all through the night. No towels when trying to communicate with apartment manager no assistance was provided calls were sent to voicemail. Check in was really convoluted. If i could rate this place lower I would do not stay here

I have stayed at this property in the past year and had a lovely experience, and even recommended to colleagues due to proximity to our offices, so the experience I had today was well outside the realm of expectations. I landed from Honolulu on the red eye and went straight to the office and worked a full day. I had made dinner plans with friends and planned to swing by the hotel to check in and drop off my bags beforehand. I found myself in a position of having to find alternate accommodations very late in the evening and lucky to have found anything available. The main frustration lies in the string of text messages, requesting balance due, confirming that balance was paid following my note indicating payment method was provided at reservation request and 2-3 hours later indicating b

Unsafe and Unresponsive Management — Avoid This Place I had an extremely unsafe experience at this property. The access code to my room was given to another tenant, who was able to enter my room while I was inside. When I informed the managing company, they failed to take any action — no follow-up, no apology, not even a call back. There was zero accountability and no concern for guest safety. I wouldn’t recommend anyone stay here unless they fix their serious security and management issue!!
