When we moved in here, our lot rent was $3**. A few months went by and it upped more. Few months went by and it upped more… then we got a note saying it won’t go up anymore, but here we are at $5** years later. I wish they’d stop going up. At this point we’re paying the same amount for lot rent and our monthly mobile home payment as it would be to rent an actual house! We also have to pay $1*** or something to get another parking spot put in, using the company THEY tell us to use! Like, we can’t just make the parking spot ourselves. $1*** is a lot of money… and if we park on the grass, even just a little bit, we get towed. It’s crazy. We HAVE to have our lawns mowed, which is cool, however… one of our neighbors doesn’t do their yard whatsoever. It looks like a mess. But they let it slide

This place you can make a extra drive way. And bring your work trucks and trailers and run your company here.

Failed to be upfront about additional application fees. Refused to let me complete a sentence before talking over me. Don’t waste your money on this place.

Our experience living here has been a nightmare. For starters we ended up with 2 landladies and signed 2 different leases. One for the mobile home, and one for the lot. Within 3 months of living there one of our landladies asked our 19 year old son for sperm to make a baby, literally 4 minutes after declining to donate to them through text message, she texts me and says Sharon in the office needed me purchase $50 per month pet insurance through the trailer park and pay her husband an insane amount of money for mowing grass in the yard that doesn't exist. The yard is a mud pit. I found out they are good friends so I've obtained a lawyer. Lot rent goes up about 40 dollars every year. As soon as I get a raise on my social security, I can expect the lot rent to go up. They don't make people clean up their trailers and it's getting very junky.
