Great Falls Inn by Riversage

Very nice service and quite helpful. We were in a financial pinch and we had a family member in the hospital. Their stay turned quite lengthy and the staff at the Great Falls Inn were kind and courteous and did everything they could to help us. We were very grateful and I highly recommend this hotel.

The carpet in the room 400 smelled like Stinky feet. Air-conditioning didn't work efficiently. Not enough seating for breakfast. Breakfast was ok. It's an older facility but quiet. Bed was comfortable. It's located Next to hospital with helipad and frequent helicopter flights.

Please do NOT stay here. Especially if you are a person of color, we had ONE employee treat us with all the kindness in her heart. Everyone else treated us as if we were scum or waste of their time. I’m so disgusted because this hotel works with Benefis, so with my husbands grandfather being in the hospital, we assumed it was a safe place for us to stay. Not only were my dogs attacked by some women’s untrained dogs, the manager all of a sudden said our dogs put a whole in the carpet and took $250 out of our account. Luckily for us, we took a before, and after video of our room to ensure everything was okay. We did this because we read the reviews and seen she was charging other customers for false incidents as well. Sure enough she did it to us. We are currently Working with our lawyer to

I can best describe this hotel as a good place to sleep. It's quiet and was convenient to the hospital. They don't clean the rooms unless you're staying awhile. You have to ask for clean towels and set your trash out for pickup. The rooms are small. The hotel staff were very nice. The breakfast was just so so. I only ate there once.
