You will hate it. My floor flooded multiple times and I got cussed out by the maintenance man. Roaches galore and very noisy. Do not go here!

The property manager there, Miss Marisa, is absolutely amazing. She takes the time to get to know her tenants, and cares for them. She knows everyone’s names! She is firm but fair, and that is exactly what you need in a manager over a building this size! She is always willing to help and is very active in the community. She’s a super woman! Always busy and hard working. She’s a wonderful person who truly understands the “Hand up, not a hand out” and for that I will forever be appreciative. Someone give this lady a raise!!!!! She works her tail off and still has time to teach Sunday school too.

I gave it 5 cause the new owner is really nice but strict. He likes for the rooms to stay clean and decluttered which is reasonable. The office lady is very sweet and genuine. There is always someone sweeping the lot every morning. The prices are also great. The residents here are okay... I just recommend staying to yourself as much as possible.

The new Ownership along with the Marvelous Ms. Marissa, our awesome Maintenance Man and the Lil Ladies who clean up have done amazing!! They have worked and continue to work hard to keep this a family safe, affordable, and friendly place to stay for an extended about of time. Back in August, this place was awful and scary after dark- but not now. I can hardly wait to see what y'all do with the place. Great job

The cheapest place in town. 5 months ago I gave it a 4 star. I have changed my mind since then my time here I had bad experience. I seen more drug addicts, mid night arguments, constant yelling, annoying neighbors, you ain't gonna get no " Goodnight sleep" here not with all the loud noise your neighbors are making. People here don't go to work. So expect them being up all night knocking on doors. Somewhat good/bad management, takes weeks to get maintenance. Roach infested don't matter which room you get. Be sure to bring your own poison. Place needs a major renovation that won't happen. People leave trash outside. This is bottom of Cartersville's barrel ain't no Holiday Inn.
