Grand Manse Penthouse Suite

We, my family and I, stayed here too celebrate my daughter's wedding. Everything we needed was there. We just brought food and drink. They had dishes and toiletries and linens. This venue was beautiful and very well maintained. We enjoyed a dinner at the Blue Orchid which is on the 1st floor of the building. We had access to the rooftop for catching some sun and taking in the 360 degree view. There is a hot tub there a well but we didn't use it. I would have liked to stay longer. I highly recommend this rental and all that Lincoln has to offer.

I will start by saying we are a hardworking, problem solving self sufficient group of 16 adults. Renting the penthouse at over $4000 for 2 nights was a splurge we don’t often partake in, therefore our expectations were high. To say the least our experience was subpar. Our issues weren’t the fact we didn’t have even one towel & washcloth per person or that the refrigerators weren’t working properly or that we couldn’t find the welcome/rule book until late our last night. Our issue was the responses we received from the host. I am in the hospitality business myself and would never talk to a guest in the manner Cynthia talked to me. Rented this ~$2000 per night property to host 4 disabled veterans and their families at the 2022 Nebraska/Oklahoma football game. Location is very convenient to The Haymarket and the stadium and the property is aesthetically striking…then we “looked under the hood”. It was NOT a good experience. CYNTHIA needs hospitality training and, for $2000/night, we are not out of line expecting the host to quality check the property to avoid the following experiences (broken fridges, not enough towels, etc...). Arrived early & checked the key box…our ASSIGNED PIN worked & 2 key fobs were in the box so we assumed the property was ready early.
