Gator Town Inn

Great place in a cozy little area. Owned by the Patel family so quality is pretty good. Prices are great as well. All reasonable. They do vary with local events. Walking distance is ok not easy but id say about a mile and a half to the stadium. Plenty of parking though. Rooms are well kept.

Positive: Close to hospital Negative: Sheets and pillows smelled stale. Spilt water on floor. Wiped it up and rag was black. Need to mop once in a while not just sweep.

While the room is relatively clean, the A/C makes a high pitched loud humming sound. The doors stick and it sounds like people are breaking into your room, just trying to get into their own. You can very loudly hear the rooms on either side of you when they flush their toilets. All I can assume is it needs more insulation to keep their sounds in their own space. Parking spots are very small. If you would like a place for a peaceful night sleep, THIS IS NOT THE PLACE.

The service was good and the people working there were helpful. But between the room having its roof & walls crumbling and falling apart to the bathroom having the starting of black mold I can't recommend this Inn.

My husband and I stayed 5 days. Reasonable price. Room was clean, not sure if there was breakfast available. We didn’t care about that anyway. The housekeeping lady I met was very nice. Great location, was literally 10-15 minutes from wherever we had to go. Will definitely stay again.
