GARDEN INN Fredericksburg - South

I stayed here for four yrs cause had no where else to go. So worse hotel I've ever been in. Bed bugs coming through the wash roaches all over the place. Pot holes in parking lot not lite up to well for ppl who need to walk due to can't drive. The rude loud neighbors so couldn't sleep. The attendant or front office or cops don't due anything bout it.. I recommend not stay here.. If any one doesn't feel safe don't go there..

I booked a one night stay, last minute cheap price. This was the worst place I’ve ever been. The lights were dim, it smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, the carpets were dirty there was a cigarette burn in one of the bed comforters. The TV also didn’t work, it would scan in black and white with static. The thing that made me leave after being there for not even two hours, was blood I found on the carpet in front of the bathroom door, in front of the sink, and also ON the bathroom door. I immediately just left, it was a disgusting place. Do not EVER stay here. Also has signs basically saying park at your own risk.

Don't waste your time on this stop. You could see into the room through the holes in the door. The walls were visibly dirty to the naked eye and when I used my black light I could see bodily fluids all over the headboards and walls as well. The stitch was horrible. There were holes in the paper thin bedspreads on the 2 beds. The door to the mini fridge wouldn't shut and there was water in the fridge I could hear sloshing around when I tried to close the door. I have stayed in some pretty cheap motels before, but this one wasn't worth one penny. We were in the room for less than 5 minutes and checked out even though I was exhausted and just needed a few hours of sleep. The woman that did my refund did not properly process my refund and then proceeded to call me at 330 am and left a message

Motel is infested with roaches. Inconvenient location to get back on the interstate. The parking lot is very dark at night which makes turning into the motel very dangerous due to high pedestrian area. There's potholes all over the parking lot which makes it hard to get around safely due to being so dark. The floor was so dirty it turned the bottom of my feet black when walking around bare foot. Don't waste your money staying here it's disgusting.

This place is Filthy I was bitten by bed bugs on my face neck and mouth while I slept I took pictures of the bug bites showed the front desk where I was bitten and showed pictures of the bugs I killed that bit me and manager Ava who is a very rude and hateful person accused me of bringing the bugs to the motel and made me leave I've contacted the Health Department and I'm contacting a lawyer how would you like to walk around with bug bites on your face and mouth I guess all the other reviews about this place having bugs and being filthy I guess all those people brought the bugs with them to huh Ava ? I read one comment from someone else who had stayed in the same room I did and they also complained about bugs being in that same room this place needs to be shut down ! They have been gettin
