Garden Inn and Suites Dallas

I went this uneducated person managed hotel 3/27/2025 around 1 am ask the room give him the id and my debit card guess what he asked me my password for payment card. I sad ı don’t wanna give you my pin bring the pos I wanna enter my self. I am shook he sad noooo. Aware from this place they can copy your card Unsafe and really amateur management.

We stayed here recently because other hotels in the Harry Hines area were booked. It was clean and the room was pretty big. The black light on the wall was a bit odd, but when you turn it on, you see the stars that are painted on the ceiling glow! Be careful if you have kids, there is free porn on the television! There is also no pool.

The hotel is the worst one that I never stayed before in my life. The price is high, the bedsheets and pillows are dirty. The conferter is not changed and smell. They only want the money but don't want give the customers the suitable services.

The manager was very nice and very helpful. He cut me a good deal. The room is nice and spacious with a cute living room area separate from the sleeping space. The mini fridge was brand new out the box. Very nicely done laminate floors. And even on a Friday night, it was very quiet.

Honestly I went there to visit a friend that was in town and he stayed there. The room was nice and clean and spacious. I loved the floor plan of the room and how it had a completely separate space for the couch, coffee table and ems tables. The staff were kind. The only thing I really didn't like was that they had a no visitor policy. I don't think it's right that a hotel can tell you that you can't have any visitors. I mean I understand completely if the policy was directed to having visitors who stayed the night and not registering them so you don't have to pay as much but telling people they can't even have someone cone to your room and hang out for an hour or so that's just ludicrous.
