Galaxy Inn & Suites

The rooms had blood dried on the light switches and on the walls. The heat in one room was not working in the dead of winter… surprisingly we they gave us another room with a functioning heater. The beds and floor had hair EVERYWHERE. The location is also horrible as there are a bunch of homeless people roaming all over the place. We tried to get a refund and they wouldn’t grant it. Would not recommend this place at all and I will never be coming back

The place looks clean and newer. The room was nice. Pretty average service. Down side to here is that they will still charge for a registered service dog.

I want to say the staff was so kind. I feel bad leaving a review like this because they were so nice but people need to be aware. I was driving through on my way back from vacation. This was the only hotel within the area that didn't have reviews saying they have roaches. We'll that was incorrect. They do in fact have roaches! We seen 2 in 8 hours we were there. I was to scared to bring anything in we brought our own pillows and left them, and the area is not the best by no means.. I seen some pretty shady things happening by the mcdonald's. However there is a police station behind the hotel so that is a plus. The pillow the hotel provided looked like it had washed blood stains. I stayed over at this place for a week. Price was very affordable. Staff is very friendly. Location is great cause it's next to the highway, plus some shops around the area. I would definitely like to stay here again if I ever came through. Thanks for everything.

Love the location because it's by the state police. The owners were very nice and friendly.
