looking to rent and loved the inside not so sure about having no yard (very small chunk of grass) and no outside storage unless I buy a shed heck idk? Super nice staff!!

This place has seemed to have really cleaned up over the years. I've had a few friends that have lived here, 5 years ago it was pretty run down and honestly I didn't like to drive in after dark cause it looked pretty sketchy. But over time it has really cleaned up and I can honestly say I feel safe visiting my friends after dark. Keep up the good work!

Nice quiet clean family oriented living space, affordable laundry and bus picks up right next to the park. Store on site unfortunately is not affordable otherwise would be perfect though the manager isn't very honest and I you have any issues whatsoever she won't except partial payment and will hit you with a 50 dollar "late" fee and doesn't work with you at all. So not for anyone who doesn't make 3x the amount of rent

I've lived here for almost 4 years. It's a great place to call home. Management is always on the ball. Kid friendly and well maintained

My husband and i are still here after almost 3 years. I do not plan on leaving any time soon either. The management is awesome!! We have great friendly neighbors with a huge space. The only reason anybody would say anything bad about this place would be because they didnt follow the rules and had a run in with management. That would be her getting RID of the trailer trash!!!
