Four Points by Sheraton Suites Tampa Airport Westshore

I absolutely loved my stay at Four Points by Sheraton Tampa. The place is clean, comfortable, and very relaxing, perfect after a long trip. The food was really good, and dining there felt cozy and enjoyable. What truly made the experience special was the welcoming and kind staff. Everyone was friendly, but a special mention to the older lady in the dining are, she was incredibly warm, attentive, and made me feel genuinely cared for. Small gestures like that make a big difference and really leave a lasting impression. Overall, it felt like a home away from home. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

Not a great experience or what I would expect from Marriott. When we arrived, they tried to change our reservation to a room with just one bed, but then said we could get our original reservation. They gave us a terrible room. The shower can't maintain hot water, the sink doesn't drain quickly, leaving standing water, the room is freezing and the thermostat does almost nothing to affect the temperature and it smelled horribly or some kind of cleaning chemical. The room they gave us face the high school across the street, which would be fine except they were having some kind of marching band competition and practiced day in amd out from seven am til ten pm. There were hundreds of kids who checked into the hotel with the marching bands and I think it would have been better for their room to

Great place to stay. This has become my favorite place to stay whenever I stay in Tampa. The staff are absolutely amazing. Yeni, is the front desk that assisted me on my last visit and she did an absolutely AMAZING JOB! Thanks to you and your team for an amazing stay

This hotel was a mixed bag. The rooms were huge suites with fridges and oven/cooktops, but the place was just so dated. The rooms felt dingy. They were clean, but just old and not inviting. This would be a great hotel with a remodel. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. Likely wouldn’t stay here again given the abundance of other hotels in the area that are newer, nicer, and in the same general price range.

The Hotel was nice, everything was decent. You could tell it was older, and changed slightly inside. Close to Tampa and activities. Restaurant had a good Breakfast. Only real complaint was the Ice machines on my floor hadn’t worked for a while, was a slight inconvenience for someone older.
