Four Points by Sheraton Little Rock Midtown

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with certain aspects of my recent reservation at the Four Points by Sheraton in Little Rock, with check-in on 15th February and check-out on 17th February. Firstly, upon arrival, I was allocated a room on the first floor, which, from my observations, appears to be primarily a service floor. This area contains extensive electrical machinery, an engineering room, laundry facilities, a service elevator, and other maintenance-related spaces. The entire floor gives the impression of being neglected and, frankly, unsafe. The view from my room was directly onto the street, offering no privacy whatsoever. Positive: The beds were very comfortable. Negative: Rented mainly because it had a pool, and it was so cold couldn't stay in it! And the 100 dollar deposit was unnecessary.

Won’t stay here again. The staff was nice but the facility is dated and in need of better maintenance. The room was ok for the price but I question the cleanliness of the entire facility. There is stained carpet everywhere and I personally saw the same French fry in the same place for three days! They were supposed to clean daily but did not. Marriott should be ashamed to call this one of their properties

So jjst fyi for if you try to check in here they do NOT accept chime or cash app style debit or credit cards, and they do not bother telling you that information until you're at the front desk trying to check in. Marriott down the street says that's never been in their rulebook, so I know its not a company wide set standard. Great way to drive off business if I do say so myself. Maybe if their machines weren't absolutely trash and in desperate need of repair they could do their jobs. Do better four points.

I travel for a living, meaning I stay at a lot of hotels and this by far has been the WORST hotel that I’ve ever stayed at. It was extremely outdated, dirty, unsafe and the rooms had a horrible smell. The lobby is nice , looks nice walking in but the rooms are the complete opposite. The bed skirt was disgusting, stained and dirty from every where. It was almost as if they had not changed in a long time. The carpet was old and dirty and I truly believe was the main reason it smelled so bad in there. The doors to the room don’t have the auto lock , so if you forget to lock it yourself you’re kinda screwed. The mattress was so old! I could literally feel the springs popping and hurting me every time I moved. It was indented in the exact spots where everyone else had slept in the past. They a
