Four Points by Sheraton Austin Airport

Absolutely loved this hotel! My family stayed here for 2 nights to attend COTA. The location was very convenient for us as many family friendly establishments are less than 10 a minute drive. Hotel was absolutely fantastic. From the service, cleanliness, rooms and amenities. We have found a new favorite hotel for sure!

The hotel is very clean and our room (a King sized bed) was spacious. The bathroom, with a good sized shower, was also clean, modern and well equipped. The staff were all very friendly, and the manager went out of his way to provide me with a private space to join a board meeting (unexpectedly stayed here since a flight was cancelled). The breakfast offerings had something for anyone, and the food was very good. No noise issues. Nice lobby and friendly, relaxing atmosphere. Overall this was very good value and I'd stay there again.

So impressed with this new Four Points by Sheraton near Austin Airport - beautiful building, great layout, inviting and comfortable lobby, a bar that remains open with an excellent selection of beer (electric jellyfish on tap!) and liquor; and a capable bartender! Stacy whipped up an excellent cosmo. The rooms are larger than typical, our King bed was extremely comfortable, the sofa and chair in the room were appreciated and I loved the artwork throughout. Nice amenities like in-shower shampoo, conditioner and body wash make this property a great option for quick over-nights. Nice hotel, but no free shuttle to the airport. It is close, so an Uber is not a big deal, but still would have been nice.

I booked this hotel because it was close to the airport, and I was traveling with my one year old. I stayed the 27th-29th. I wanted somewhere comfortable where I could relax and enjoy the amenities after a long day of flying. The photos looked nice, and I was excited about the restaurant and bar. Unfortunately, my experience was awful from start to finish. First night: We arrived exhausted and planned to order dinner from the hotel. The front desk employee said we could order from the room, but when I called down for a menu, she told me the cook was feeling “sick” and suggested not ordering for safety reasons. Okay, life happens, but then later that night, I tried to order a drink, and they said the bartender was “in the bathroom.” At that point, it already felt like a joke. Breakfast: T
