Four Points by Sheraton Albany

I am a company driver. When my company pays for a hotel they place me at a place not of my choosing. Two things that are VERY important. 1. Clean room. 2. A complimentary breakfast / evening buffet. Room was very nice. Clean spacious shower and microwave and fridge. I think for the price range an included buffet is a BIG deal for me! Please reconsider and offer a complimentary buffet for your stranded business travelers. Laquinta is my choice for hotel because they offer buffet breakfast and complimentary “ snack “. All for a reasonable price.

The hotel was clean and the rooms comfortable. However, don't believe any of the posted Kitchen/Bar hours posted. The 2 mornings we were there, the breakfast opened late, one morning it was 2 hours later than posted. The bar seems to have variable hours and closes early. We tried to use the bar both nights we were there but it was closed more than a hour before the posted time. A group of over 20 of us arrived from a family event over an hour before closing but found it closed. I recommend planning on breakfast and drinks elsewhere and not to rely on the hotel's posted dining hours.

Our stay was comfortable overall. The location was convenient and made it easy to get around. The property was clean upon arrival and matched the description accurately. The restaurant was an fantastic, good food and good service.

Positive: Beautiful bathrooms,Upbeat, warm atmosphere in the building Negative: At check in using my card, with no pin bypass option, I covered the machine as I entered my pin for safety. As I lifted my hand, I was shocked and horrified to see my ACTUAL bank code NUMBERS on the screen instead of x's or dots. This is beyond NOT SAFE.

I would rate my experience a 10/10. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, attentive, and very professional. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made my stay very relaxing. I truly appreciated how responsive and kind the front office team was—they made me feel well taken care of. Thank you for making my stay so pleasant. I would happily choose Four Points by Sheraton Albany again and would recommend it to others.
