Flagship Inn & Suites

ABSOLOUTELY DISGUSTING!! DO NOT BOOK HERE! Booked through Trivago and had no reason to doubt them. Upon arrival the outside of the property was seemed ok, until I couldn't located the office. Turns out the office is one of the rooms. Anyhow, I checked in and OMG! the room was gross! There were roaches, no TV, holes in the walls, mouse traps and I couldn't believe my eyes when I entered the bathroom and there was no toilet seat! I requested a room change and eventually a refund, which I was denied. This place should be condemned by the town of Groton.

The Raddison Flagship Suite in Groton CT. is the worst hotel my wife and I have ever stayed at. It was partially burnt and unusable, it was filthy, mold was growing on the bathroom ceiling, several outlets inop, the walkway going to room 135 flexed like rotten wood, there was old rotten food in the cabinets, no hot water and last but WORST a hypodermic needle was laying on the entrance to our room. I would like a refund|We didn’t even leave our stuff in the room The door didn't lock.|I have some pictures

Never in my life have I had a worse hotel experience!!! Calling health department, better business bureau,attorney general,and seeking legal counsel. Im disgusted on every level with this hotel and the way one staff member in particular handles situations. 1-26-26 we had a snow storm that we haven't seen in years in ct. The hotel management plowed once in the middle of the storm so we easily had 8 inches on the driveway/parking lot area still in the morning. Management didn't shovel anyone out,not that it matters because ppl couldn't drive in or out if they wanted to. One couple missed work because of there negligence,and I'm sure more did as well. Coming back from the gas station "next plaza over" i notice management stuck trying to get up the driveway and i needed my key card reprogramme

Absolute mistake. Avoid this place at all costs. Part of the property was boarded up from a fire. It was obvious many rooms had permanent tenants at weekly or monthly rates. There was no office, just one of the rooms serving as an office. At least one review told of roaches, and posted photos. When my wife say the property, she said there was no way we were spending the night there ... she'd rather sleep in the car. This property should not be in business. And with no-refund policy, your money is gone and you're looking for someplace else to stay. It was obvious this place was not safe.
