Mystic Marriott Hotel & Spa

Staff is so unfriendly Rooms are so so. Not my favorite Marriot at all. They charge 27.50 daily and then give u vouchers for a drink and 12.50 for food. If u don't use it, you lose it but still get charged. Oh and don't do take out at the restaurant because they charge a service fee, which they don't tell you. I've stayed in so many Marriott. This was my least favorite. No microwave in the room. The gym was getting renovated for 2 weeks. They never mentioned that when I booked it nor discount the price. You had to walk outside the hotel to the restaurant because they were redoing that too. No continental breakfast like all other Marriots. Sorry but not a great experience at all. Management needs to do better

Just came back from a one night stay and it was great. Jonathan was great, and offered to help with our bags. Then Laura checked us in and she was awesome. VERY accommodating and she had a room ready for us, even though we were early. The room was great, though cold at first, but the heater heated it up quickly. Corner room was bound to get cold. It literally warmed up in 5 minutes. The bed was comfortable, but the real winner were the pillows! They were great. The room was quiet, though you could hear when water was going through from the flush upstairs (that’s probably the only down side). The hotel is under renovation, but we didn’t notice anything except no M Club, but Laura made up for it. The front desk staff at the Mystic Marriott is top notch!! Sterling, Simone, and all of the ladies are willing to help in any way they can to make guests feel comfortable. Sterling very kindly and efficiently assisted me with an issue upon check-in last week. Simone made sure I got checked in and was comfortable with my room this week. All of the afternoon/evening front desk staff was extremely helpful in every way. Kudos to thos hotel for the customer service! The housekeeping was also outstanding, and the rooms were spotless. The beds were comfortable too. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in the area.

This property is clean and comfortable which is what is most important to me. I liked the room i was in quite a bit as it was bright and had a comfortable couch. My biggest piece of advice if staying here is make sure you get what you pay for. Most rates include a resort fee and i had to ASK the front desk agent about it after she checked me in. I also did not get everything listed for perks in the resort fee so im not sure i would say it lives up to its value.
