This place Cost $350.00 a week which is too expensive for this place . and it"s not even updated , Same a with Rest Haven Courts and they do not give refunds , run by the same people in both locations

The rooms are clean and reasonably priced. I paid $55 a night or $45 for the small room. The lady who runs the place is friendly and accommodating, there are a few reviews in which the reviewer's said management and/or staff was 'stand-offish" they are average ordinary people who I have never had anything to complain about with. They offer clean, bug-free rooms for the lowest prices available inside the City limits that I am aware of.

I saw this place was kind of a pit at I pulled in, but it's a motor court on Rt 66, in Springfield, how could it go wrong? Well I didn't even get the room. I tried to check in but the clerk stated that a $40 cash deposit was required in addition to paying for the room with a credit card. I can only assume that means that 40 bucks is gone, never to be seen again. No way I'm paying up front cash for a obviously dive motel that doesn't even let customers into the reception area. There are many better motor court options on Rt66 in Springfield at the same price point that are nowhere near this trashy. Go to the Rockwood a few miles further west on 66. They are great and will talk your ear off about anything related to 66 and the place is usually filled with fellow Rt66 travelers. Hope

It was cold,no hot water microwave or fridge. Small tv. 65$ a night which seems high priced. Owner seems a little standoffish. The maid was very nice. If you can afford to go elsewhere, go. Also has mice and cockroaches, still no hot water. Lot's of parties, loud people, noise.
