First Journeys

There is no hotel lobby and hotel check in is done via phone (you get a text with codes to enter the hotel and your room). But you can call the hotel service number to request luggage storage or if you need assistance. Rooms are somewhat dated but everything works fine. TV streaming is somewhat iffy and occasionally disconnects/ drops

There is no one there it’s all by phone. Which whatever until you need something and then your just kind of screwed! They jacked up our reservation and didn’t want to refund us. Both nights we stayed some person two doors down left their dog in the room all night to bark all night long which is crazy. But there was no hotel staff to manage the situation. The room itself was dated which doesn’t bother me. Was clean. Needless to say we won’t be staying again because there is no staff to fix any issues.

Rooms are fresh and service is above average. I’ve stayed 3 times over the past 2 months.

Stayed multiple times its a great place for people who prefer not having to talk to anyone. they provide pins for every door and you can chat with someone if you need anything. I have had wonderful experiences with management when i stay and any time I've needed anything theyre quick to respond and get it to me. Housekeeping keeps the rooms very clean. Will definitely stay again

Had a bit of trouble getting in just bc of the website i used. But i called and got let in, got everything figured out pretty easily despite being a bit late at night
