Fairvue Studios

I found this place in a pinch for a weekly rental. The studio looked recently renovated, It was very clean and livable. Pricing for weekly was low against comparables in area. I streamed my Roku stick exclusively and didn’t experience any issues at all, which was a nice surprise. Staff was professional and fair. No rif-raf on property. Background check before registration was welcomed. Just clean and bug free.

The phrase, you get what you pay for comes to mind. You cannot beat the price. ||||The room was mostly clean but not well lighted. The wifi was free and acceptable, and truly this is a first world problem for sure. The tv worked ok. Twice a week, you get new towels and the room is cleaned. I was there just over a week. Fortunately, I was busy enough I did not have to be in the room alot as it would have been very depressing.||||The staff I interacted with was friendly. No problems with anyone staying there. ||||Was I glad when it was time to leave? You betcha!!!

A great place to live high on the frog if they ever fix the internet other than that though it's okayv-1 star for the internet

They've taken care of business here over the last ten years. The room was beautiful, the neighbors friendly, and everyone loved my doggo! I moved back to town as a neccesity and had to wait on a lease signing for an apartment. This was perfect. Stay away from absorbent prices on weekly hotels ::cough:northglenstoneandwestsunshine:cough:: Stay here. Great value for your buck. And it's safe. They do background checks. 100% endorse fairvue on safety and value and quality

This place is a dump! Staff is very disrespectful! The room was not cleaned, beds were dirty, and yes roaches and mice! I do not recommend this place to anybody! In fact the city needs to come and level it! Just saying!!
