Fairmont Dallas

Having a wonderful stay at the Fairmont Dallas. My husband and I are celebrating our anniversary tonight and were delighted by the welcome we have received from everyone we have encountered. Front desk reception who checked us in was pleasant and efficient and got us checked in quickly. Our valet Osenti was our first contact and got our bags unloaded and car into and out of valet with a great and helpful attitude. The concierge Darryl has been the star of the staff so far during our stay and really helped make the night special with his professionalism and personal escort to our room. Truly a golden concierge! He recommended some options for dinner and we decided to go with Dakotas for some appetizers and cocktails before heading out for a night on the town. Judge was super welcoming in

My Family and I usually look to spend our Holidays Christmas and New year at any of the Fairmont Hotels , because of the luxury , elegance and level of service that we have receive in many of the properties around the world, including USA, Canada and Europe , Regrettably on this occasion we encountered what is overall the worst Fairmont property we have experienced. ||From the moment we arrive we feel something different about this property , the rooms that they assign to us it was really bad for a family of 4, 2 adults and 2 Teens, after we paid for an Upgrade we have a Suite which by the way was even worse, we have to go to the lobby in order to get some Body wash and Shampoo because they didn't refill the bottles and by the way the phone didn’t

Property sadly did not live up to expectations. Discovered upon check-in that room refrigerator had spoiled food in it from a previous guest. Breakfast the next morning had a 30-45 minute wait. Gym does not live up to expectations for a Fairmont property. A bathroom in a suite should have more than one sink. Hotel did not acknowledge my platinum status in any way.

I stayed at Fairmont Dallas for my birthday and WOW. What started as a basic king room turned into a surprise suite upgrade thanks to the sweetest front office manager, Bui. He noticed it was my birthday, upgraded us, and even sent up a card + champagne. 🥂 Next time I’m manifesting- I will stay on the 24-27 floors, receive the gold stay experience it includes breakfast Buffett and we will do a couples massage 😉🤗 The suite? Huge. Elegant. That antique, old-money, generational wealth type of luxury. Some may call it “dated” — I call it timeless. Every single person was kind — valet, housekeeping, everyone. Starbucks downstairs was clutch. Being right in the Arts District (literally across from the museum) made it feel cultured and upscale. Only tiny cons: • Food was a little pricey • Restau

Stayed here for a work event and Estevan from the front desk was super helpful in accommodating my room location request and Darryl from concierge was very reassuring when I asked him to freeze my breastmilk. They were able to send a mini fridge/freezer to my room for breastmilk storage, but they don’t offer microwaves for rooms (I needed one for sanitizing pump parts). They have a communal one in a room near the lobby.
