Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Lincoln Airport

Rooms were fine. People around us were definitely unaware of how loud they were all night so walls are a little thin. Big problem was breakfast. Ice cold coffee. No hot food. Asked the front desk and she said she was getting to it. Left because we did not want to wait. If you are pulling a trailer at all, do NOT stay here. No parking. Parked at the hotel next door and got blocked in. Luckily found the truck owner who thought it was a good idea to park right in front of us so we couldn’t get out.

Traveling across country my daughter and I stayed here and were very happy with the accommodations. Very clean, warm, and the staff was very pleasant. Recommend 10 out of 10.

Nice fairly new property well-maintained room was clean. Desk staff was very ho hum.I walked in to check in, and two staff members were at the computer, didn’t look up or acknowledge me, and say one moment, sir or anything. I would have gladly have waited, but it’s nice to be acknowledged as a customer. The remaining person took quite awhile to check me in. Never cracked a smile. |The desk staff and I interacted with four or five of them were all mature people and should know how to interact with guests.||Parking is a real problem because people with RVs, who decided to stay in a hotel park their trailer and pickup ,and take up as many as six spaces, so if you come in a little later, you’ll have a hard time finding a spot.

Positive: Nothing Negative: I found bedbugs in the bed the next morning. The staff did nothing but acknowledge that. No offer of a refund or a discount. I have pictures.

Had an overall great experience here! We stayed for one night and needed a place close to the interstate and stayed here based on the reviews! Breakfast was great, rooms were clean and comfortable. Only negative is that they gave us 1 washcloth for 2 of us, I went downstairs to ask for another one and they were apparently out of them lol! The front desk lady was very apologetic and accommodating though! I also saw what appeared to be a cicada on the lobby counter next to the microwave but it could’ve easily flown in when someone came in through the front sliding doors. I’d stay again!
