Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Geneva Finger Lakes

I stayed here while traveling for work. As a woman, traveling alone, I felt very safe. I travel a lot both for business and leisure. The hotel was very clean. The gym was spotless. Breakfast was actually impressive with the many different healthy options they had. And the woman working that morning continued to come out and restock and clean the counters. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone!

We stayed here three nights and were happy with our stay. Our room was comfortable and we enjoyed having the extra room with the sitting area with a TV. We used the small fridge for our wine purchases and left over pizza was warmed up in the microwave. We used the coffee maker too prior to the included breakfast with lots of options. (I wish Marriott offered safe Gluten free options for those that have celiac disease). |We were able to do some laundry is the laundry room for a small fee which was nice since we had been traveling for a few weeks. The Hotel was well maintained and friendly staff. When you stay at a Marriot brand hotel you know you will have a comfortable bed which I appreciate. Parking was easy and free. No complaints.

The hotel is clean, quiet, and easy to settle into, with friendly staff and a straightforward check‑in experience. The property offers free parking and complimentary breakfast, which adds good value and keeps the stay simple. The location also works well for trips around the Finger Lakes region — I especially enjoyed stopping by the Waterloo Premium Outlets during past visits. Overall, this Fairfield provides a reliable and pleasant stay, consistent with the brand and convenient for both shopping and exploring the area. Update: Thank you for the thoughtful reply. As soon as you walk into the elegant lobby, you realize your stay here will be wonderful. When you check in, you see a very well stocked food and drink area that is available for purchase 24 hours. They even had unsweetened iced tea, my favorite! The staff is friendly, compassionate, and helpful. They even helped me make a late night food order delivered right to my room. The free weekend breakfast even includes hot food which is delicious. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The only thing missing was complimentary water to take our pills and brush our teeth. But there was water in the lobby to purchase.

Very nice hotel. About 10 years old. Everything seems very well maintained. Very clean. Great breakfast included. Very friendly staff! Highly recommend!
