Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Dallas Park Central

As always, I rate based on my expectations. This is a low-cost hotel next to a major freeway and not in a particularly nice area. That said, the standard rooms were as nice as those you’ll find at any major chain. Clean, with comfortable bed, and well appointed bathroom, including lovely shower products. Breakfast is still included and was solid every day. The very best aspect of this location is the incredibly friendly and helpful staff. I felt so welcomed and cared for. As for the location, if you know your away around, this location will get you anywhere you’d like to be, on the eastern and northern halves of Dallas, without any difficulty. And since I’m a regular user of the 75, it’s perfect.

This Property is freshly renovated: streaming TVs and new room packages. Very comfortable bedding. Lobby is attractive. Fitness Center is near completion (1/26). The ownership/management is VERY attentive and ready to offer great service: GM Abhi and Jaden both went out of their way to acknowledge my Status and make sure my day was pleasant. The location for metroplex work is supreme: basically 20 minutes to everywhere, right off 635. Walmart and restaurants all around a brand new Jack in the Box is on site. Guest Laundry on site. Also, the value this Property offers is great and I've been a guest three-plus separate times for this reason. Property is on the Rise.

I stayed here for the weekend and the room and hotel were very clean. The staff was very friendly. April at night ensured all was well at check in and Nimanchu would ask how everything was when passing by. The breakfast was good as well. It looks like the hotel is undergoing a renovation. I would stay again.

Allowed to check in early which was great. However, had an awful find of a cockroach in the room when getting there, but it all turned out fine in the end.The front desk staff were amazing, very friendly & helpful. Plenty of food available at breakfast & good choices.

I am a frequent visitor of Marriott hotels and I have to say that this was the worst experience I’ve had ever. When we arrived, we noticed that the area was a bit sketchy. After checking in and receiving our room keys, we noticed that the room we were given had a damaged door and looked as if someone tried to break into the room so we requested a different room for safety reasons. The new room had an odd smell like mold and mildew. On our last day in the hotel, while trying to take a nap; housekeeping attempted to enter our room without a knock or acknowledgment. Luckily, I had a chair in front of the door so she was unable to enter the room fully. This has NEVER before happened to us prior and terrified us. The smoke alarms also went off during our stay which we think was due to neighbors
