Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Dallas Medical/Market Center

We stayed up here for a hospital visit for my son. I can’t thank Paul enough. He was the kindest ever to my little guy. I literally wanted to hug this man with just how welcoming and kind he was to us. The hotel is beautiful, but Paul is 110% the reason we will return.

Pleasantly surprised how close this was to our convention at the Hilton Anatole. Clean rooms, friendly staff. The elevator was so slow and had a loud alarm every time the door opened and closed. We ended up taking the stairs a lot. Only offered bold coffee not regular that was unfortunate too. It was also pretty loud some nights.

Positive: "" Negative: The shower had a terrible leak in the ceiling and during my shower water was pouring from the ceiling and a 5’ crack opened up. I couldn’t finish my shower. The toilet seat almost fell off when I sat down.

We arrived late and Chris at the front desk was so very helpful and friendly. We were jet lagged and very tired but Chris went above and beyond. Outstanding customer service. We need more Chris’s in the work place.

I have never been this embarrassed before in my life..I got up to go to the fitness center just to stretch and I swung back to catch breakfast before it shuts down..I start making a waffle and was approached by Asian staffmember asking if I was a guest here...I said yes I am an pull out my keycard..he simply asked what was my room number..I gave it 330 and he left..I look around wondering why was I being asked and noticed...I was the only Black Man in the lobby..yes I had my gym clothes on but what reason did u have to single me out..I was getting upset by the minute to the point my hand started to shake and 1the waffle griddle slipped..I caught the hot end of it after it made a loud bang..now I have more eyes on me as if i wonder from the streets...I lost my appetite after deciding to wri
