Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Dallas Love Field

I've been staying at this property for all my Dallas travels over the last 2 years and I wouldn't trade it for any other location in Dallas. The staff- from management to housekeeping and maintenance - is friendly, polite and efficient. I've had a large work group stay here for almost 2 weeks, utilising the meeting room as well and it's been impeccable each time. The rooms are always clean, the gym is well equipped and this is probably the only Marriott property in Texas that upgrades my rooms without even asking, based on my loyalty status and availability.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help. The rooms were modern, spotless, and well-maintained. I usually avoid hotel breakfasts because they’re often disappointing, but I decided to give it a try here, and I’m so glad I did! Everything was delicious—even the eggs were perfectly seasoned, which is a rarity. I was initially hesitant to book due to some reviews mentioning noise from a nearby venue, but I’m happy to report that noise was not an issue at all. Despite staying over a weekend with nightly events at the venue, the sound was barely noticeable outside, and completely absent inside the hotel. We had a wonderful stay at this Fairfield hotel in the heart of Dallas. The staff truly makes the experience stand out—Leslie, in particular, went above and beyond every single time. Her kindness and attention to detail made my stay feel genuinely cared for. The room was spotless, modern, and extremely comfortable. You can tell the team takes pride in keeping everything fresh and updated. Breakfast was another highlight—great variety, well-prepared, and a perfect start to the day. Overall, an excellent stay. I’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend this location to anyone visiting Dallas.

Good hotel for a business trip. Clean room, helpful staff, and convenient location.

Horrible customer service!! Had an accident the night before our trip to Dallas, called well in advance to cancel our prepaid room. Was denied and was charged the full amount for a room we couldn't stay in. Im sure they booked it immediately after charging us, hence making double money! Crooks, stay at your own risk, they will not work with you at all, so buyer beware when staying here. I would recommend staying anywhere else.
