Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Dallas East

The owner of this Marriott Fairfield is unfair and not within reasonable practice of Marriott guest services. Marriott Bonvoy themselves apologize to me for the lack of compassion of an incorrect booking same-day due to a family medical emergency. The owner would not change the reservation and had to pay full cancellation fee under duress.

Outstanding Service and a Welcoming Atmosphere ​A work project has brought me to Dallas frequently over the last few months, and this Fairfield has become my go-to. Both the General Manager and the Guest Services Manager (both named Christopher!) are incredibly professional, courteous, and friendly. The entire staff seems genuinely happy and proactive, often asking, "How can I make your stay even better?" ​The property is well-maintained: the exterior is brightly lit and feels secure, while the interior is clean, fresh, and inviting. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great stay outside of the downtown Dallas area.

Positive: Clean Negative: My key card did not work in the whole building. They said an attendant/security would let me in my room. I couldn’t leave my room or I would have been lock out. I had to prop the door open in order to leave my room which left my belongings open to theft.

onvoy property. Part of it was that it seemed that the left didn't know what the right hand was doing. When we checked in on a Saturday I asked what time was breakfast available, and the response I got was 6:30am-9:30am. I then asked if this was every day and the response was yes, everyday. Monday morning we go down at 9:00am for breakfast and one of the workers was almost done clearing up all the items. She was very kind and allowed us to grab the few items she had in her cart. Next is how this hotel skimps on some simple provided items. The whole stay (Sat-Wed) they never refilled the coffee in the room or the cups. I had to call on Monday afternoon for some coffee, which was never brought to the room, I had to go to the front desk, and on top of that, I had to come back down for some cu

A perfect stop during a long road trip. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast selection was great — just what I needed to fuel up for the drive. I also appreciated the nice gym, which let me get in a real workout before hitting the road. I was able to relax, watch Netflix, and rest well before continuing my journey. Highly recommend this place for a convenient and comfortable stop on the road.
