Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Dallas Downtown

The room was very spacious and the hotel has a chic warehouse-type feel, which was neat. Staff were very nice and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was served from 6:00-9:30 AM. There were plenty of restaurants within walking distance if you don’t feel like ordering delivery. This hotel was a perfect stay during marathon weekend, as the start/finish line was just a block away. Would stay again! The two ‘cons’ I have are the location (not the best area) and parking—$45 for valet or between $30-$60 for the overflow lot and adjacent public parking lots. So keep those things in mind.

I had a great stay! The rooms are like industrial lofts and have everything you need. The front desk staff were all lovely and the bar and market are super affordable. I wish the area around the hotel had more to do and eat at night, but cabs are inexpensive and easy to get!

Positive: Not to far from airport and American Airlines stadium. Negative: Dust, Dirt and noisy really dated Hotel

Just a heads up parking is $45… Keelon is who I believe checked us in last night was very sweet and kind. Had some issues with the AC and internet and he sent someone immediately. Draka in the breakfast area was incredible I mean top tier kindness like picture Ms. Rachel kindness. I was trying to get food for all my kids and she brought me a cardboard box top that was kind of like a tray very helpful. Ceci checked us out and again so incredibly kind. Asked about our stay and talked to me for a bit about why we were traveling. Service is a 10 on all my employee interactions. Now the rest of my review goes to the big boss who owns the joint. Your beds are very hard I always stay in the Marriott family so I’m well versed on hotels. Your beds are uncomfortable. My neck and back are killing me…

The staff at the front desk were super helpful and accommodating and we really appreciated that. The hotel had a nice outdoor pool, especially for a city hotel. We enjoyed spending a couple of late afternoon hours relaxing in a sun lounger by the pool. Our room was large & spacious—we had a lot of room to spread out. We didn’t love the concrete floors in the hotel room. Also, the rooms weren’t well sound-proofed from the outside—from our second floor room we could easily hear the noise from the street and the crowded pool area below us. But it was a nice hotel for a quick, one night stay and the staff made it a great experience.
