Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Charlotte Airport

This was a very clean and nice hotel. Overall I liked this hotel, we just stayed here for one overnight stay and I was very happy with it. The room was clean and spacious while the hotel itself was quiet and modern. My one thing to say about this hotel was the breakfast was confusing to locate as it was in the attached partner hotel. As for a quick one night stay I would absolutely come back to this hotel. The price was cheap enough that I would recommend this hotel if you just needed a night or two.

5 out of 5 stars! This place was immaculate. Clean, professional, and friendly. The rooms were spacious and really clean. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a great stay. The front desk manager Jamie was attentive and remembered everyone’s names, Brenda and a new hire Joelle were very welcoming as well. Since I will be traveling a lot more now I will make sure to stay at one of these hotels. Thank you to all the staff for a wonderful stay!

Positive: Good location. Nice breakfast, free airport shuttle Negative: Didn?t like that you had to pay $8 dollars a night to park in what felt like a public parking lot.

This Fairfield was a nice, modern hotel. It was clean, the staff were nice, and the rooms were large enough and well-equipped. There is an outdoor pool and seating area, which would have been nice if it wasn’t so cold when we came. Overall, I would recommend this hotel if you are in need of a place to stay for a night or two in this area of Charlotte.

Room, layout, & cleanliness all met my expectations and are a good value for money, but the service is truly outstanding: - Jamie, our concierge at check-in, arranged for prepared bagged breakfasts for my 4-year-old and I when he found out we would have to leave for the airport before breakfast started. - Our airport shuttle driver was ready for us first thing in the morning, and we even left a bit ahead of schedule. - My daughter left a rock in the room (just a pretty rock, nothing special), and the staff went out of their way to call me after we checked-out to check it wasn't something sentimental and to see if I'd like it mailed to me!
