Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Cartersville

Excellent stay from start to finish. The room was clean and very comfortable, the smart TV was a great touch, and breakfast was good as well. I want to highlight Declan's hospitality and attention to detail that really stood out. He went above and beyond by bringing extra foam pillows to my room and later checking back in to make sure everything was comfortable. That level of service makes a big difference. Associates like Declan are a great reflection of the Marriott brand and are exactly why I continue choosing Marriott properties

Where to begin… this stay was so brief yet so impactful. The night auditor Sair was so kind and checked us in so swiftly, the manager Erica got us gift baskets for celebrating our visit, and was so kind during our entire stay. The breakfast was delicious, and the breakfast attendant was also the most kind young man and attentive. The rooms were clean, and spacious. There were numerous amenities such as a gym and pool of course.||I could not be more pleased with this visit. Everyone was so kind and I hope everyone they come in contact with sees how good of hearts they have.

Such a lovely and nice staff! Everyone. The only issue and it wasn't even an issue is they should warn you that your charge card is pre-charged a much larger amount than the room cost is in case there is damage. The staff: Always kind, always helpful. Very respectful. Despite their apparently being a ton of people with kids there for a tournament, it was very quiet. And I would encourage the very busy lady in the dining area to be diligent about cleaning tables and chairs. We did our own anyway. But she was so sweet.

I stayed at this hotel over Thanksgiving , solo due to work commitments and even though I was away from my family, the manager Raini, and the staff made the experience much easier. They were friendly, welcoming, and genuinely attentive, which I really appreciated during the holiday.||The room was very clean and comfortable, and the hotel was overall well taken care of. Breakfast was nice to.......simple but fresh and what I need to start my day.||I’m grateful for the kindness the team showed, especially Raini’s effort to make sure guests feel looked after. It made my stay much more enjoyable, and I’d definitely consider coming back. ||With my family next time of course !!!!

Where to begin, this stay was amazing. So brief yet so impactful. The naught auditor who checked us in Sair was kind, funny and swift at checking in. The manager Erica was the most humble good hearted woman, she even got gift baskets for our stay to celebrate. She was funny and very professional. The breakfast was delicious and the breakfast attendant Nathan was amazing too despite it being his second day!!! I cannot believe the staff Marriott has at this location. Definitely a hidden diamond. The rooms were spacious and clean, there was a pool and fitness area, and parking was plentyful. This stay could not have been better. I appreciate the work and dedication the staff put into their jobs everyday!
