Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Billings

The hotel was under renovation. When I came through. There were heavy chemical smells in the hallways. The room was up to date and was in fantastic condition. There were no smells or issues with the room at all. The pool area was closed while I was visiting which was no big deal because I was not there to swim. The front desk staff was friendly. However, this hotel is right next to the train tracks and the sounds will keep you up at night if you are used to quiet the way I am.

I went here late at night because it was so dark so I just decided to stay at this hotel. When I tell you this was the nicest comfiest hotel I stayed at I am telling the truth! They had the comfiest beds ever, the friendliest staff, the breakfast was so good! They just went into new renovation so everything is new!!! I would definitely stay here again and I would recommend it to others to stay here too!!!

Positive: The morning staff were much more kind, helpful and trying so hard to work through a rough time of remodeling. The nighttime and checkin, ya NOT so much. Negative: VERY disappointed in the construction and how it was being handled by check in staff. Morning staff MUCH kinder and more helpful

Great Place! Long drive going south and I stayed here! Fresh new rooms! Looks like they just renovated! Great staff, great breakfast! I will be staying again on my return!

Good location for travelers. Terrible if you need an accessible room. Shower seats and Bed are not compliant with ADA guidelines. Killed two kissing bugs in the room upon arrival. Staff was wonderful.
