Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Bentonville Rogers

The location is not very great. The hotel itself is good. Has good amenities. I have stayed here a few times when on business trip and I have stayed in rooms on 1st floor with no view looking at the candlewood suites wall and on top floor with view of the front lot which is the best view on can get. There is a small parking fee but I don’t know if it was assessed. Breakfast is as anticipated in a Fairfield. The staff is very kind and accommodating. Will stay here again as I was at work most of the time.

Used self check in on the app so avoided the front desk. Surprised there was only a single elevator for a 3 story hotel, most times I waited for it when it finally arrived it has staff in it or was packed with people.|Room was clean & tidy with comfortable bed. Water was reversed in the sink so cold was actually hot, etc.|Plenty of parking, could be a bit more lighting for safety.|Breakfast was plentiful and hot items were actually hot which was nice. However 3 days with no coffee is unacceptable. I heard their industrial machine was broken, not sure why they could not get the residence Inn across the street to fill their thermoses up instead of offering more in room coffee.

So this review is long overdue! However, I have to give 5 Stars across the board! My stay was back in July. July 11th-13th 2025 to be exact! I didn't personally book this room but it was booked for me by Bentonville sheriffs/police Sargent (s) due to being saved at late night hours and shelters were full! They tried to get me into for 3 hours but were unsuccessful! So they got us to the hotel as a last minute plan knowing I then had family on the way and had an arrival ETA of 2 days! However They all saved me from a very serious DV Situation with a 1 yr old daughter! But From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with nothing but care and love and compassion for not just me and my daughter but the situation we just experienced and were going through! Regular user of the Fairfield property’s and this one does not live up to brand standard. Odd smell in the lobby, mold in the bathroom, noisy from two nearby major thoroughfares, coldest pool of the lot (I note that this is luxury when heated well) and the room is incomplete with no fitted headboard lamps. On top of this, this is the most expensive property of my last 10 various stays. I hope that this is looked at as it isn’t a good look for the Fairfield experience everyday and regular guests. We stayed at a different Fairfield property last night, which was half under construction and that was way better overall. Service was below average. No one would say hello or even look you in the eyes. A Bonvoy Silver Member. Would not say again expecting a Fairfield experience.

Positive: location was great had lots of food varitieties and was easy access to many areas Negative: Overall I am very happy with our stay. The hotel staff was excellent, breakfast was great, rooms were clean, shower head was wonderful, but toilet paper dispenser was one of the worst I have ever had, and the bathtub drain was broken.
