Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Alexandria West/Mark Center

I cannot say enough good things about the team at this Fairfield location. I arrived in a very stressful situation, but Shahara at the front desk was incredibly patient and helpful. She completely turned my day around and ensured my check-in was a pleasant experience, which set the tone for a wonderful, relaxing stay. I also want to recognize the manager, Yoseph Assefa, who was so kind and professional. He helped process my extended stay request and made sure everything ran smoothly without any hassle. To top it off, Aya handled my checkout with such kindness and made me feel truly welcome to return. The entire staff is pleasant and helpful—this is easily my new go-to spot. I love this place and will definitely be back!"

I had points to use, and as were taking the Car Train from Sanford, FL to Lorton MA. and it was very close by to arrive at the Train Station. Check in was super simple, we were told about breakfast, etc., and off we go to the 6th Floor. Our room was clean and ready for us. There are local restaurants nearby to enjoy, across the street.|The ONLY issue we had was it's connection to an IHOP in the same building for our free breakfast. You get 2 choices at IHOP...I order the #2. It consisted of cold scrambled eggs, cold and undercooked bacon strips, 2 pancakes which were cold enough that it wouldn't melt the frozen butter patties, a warm hash brown patty and warm coffee.|Our waitress was a super sweet woman and apologized. Everything was perfect.It was located within 20 minutes of major attractions in Washington, and there were plenty of restaurants nearby, making it easy to enjoy meals.The facilities were clean, the staff handled everything efficiently, and the food was delicious.

awesome! i recently stayed with my brother and i am very glad i chose this hotel. everything was clean and the customer service was excellent. also the breakfast was great too! i would absolutely stay here again the next time i am in the area.
