My husband and I simply loved our stay. From the very first moment, we were welcomed with such kindness and attention that it truly made all the difference. Sedik and Iris were extraordinary, extremely polite, helpful, and genuinely concerned about making sure we had the best experience possible. They really elevated the level of service and made us feel at home. The room was impeccable: a huge, super comfortable bed, a spacious bathroom with a separate shower area and an amazing bathtub that we enjoyed a lot. The view was incredible and exceeded all of our expectations for this trip. Before finding this place, we visited other hotels where we were poorly treated, which only highlighted how well cared for we were here. The difference was huge, and we are very grateful for the warm hospital

Sedik went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, answering all our questions with patience and handling every request quickly and efficiently. What really stood out was his attention to detail and his willingness to help in any way possible. He made me feel valued as guests and turned a great hotel stay into an unforgettable one. I stayed for business and selected the larger, "City View" room. I was not disappointed and it was well worth the very reasonable price. The room, as well as the bathroom, was far larger than expected, and it was better/more updated than the photographs on the website. Great water pressure. Solid Wi-Fi. There is even a roll-out desk and plenty of outlets... perfect for the business traveler. The location is near some very nice restaurants too.

Positive: Staff were welcoming and accommodating we needed toothbrushes and stuff and they complied and I like to chat and be able to have nice conversations with them at breakfast and to say thank you for all you do Negative: It would be nice to have a hot tub that all ?

Upon check-in I was warned about the size of the room and lack of a window. When I walked into the room it was 95 degrees. After some air conditioning (early March) the room was fine. Clean and comfortable otherwise.
