FairBridge Inn & Suites Richmond Hill

Close to the highway and tucked away from the main drag. The customer service is very friendly, attentive, and very personable. This place is run by humans not machines. The rooms are not 5 star but for what you pay, the value is there. My bed is so comfortable the floors arnt carpeted which I love and the room stays cool. For an over night stay or an extended this property doesnt miss much. On-site washers and dryers work well and are fairly priced.

I visit with someone staying here 2 or 3 time a week. I recently witnessed who I was later told was the maintenance person taunting a person staying here about being evicted. He blocked the tenant in and got out of his car and I overheard him say did you hear the good news? The owner or manager I assume because I didn’t hear the name was looking for her the tenant and it could be her eviction day. He seemed way too happy about this and it was very rude and sad to see. Not what I would expect from any employee here. I couldn’t believe they would allow this kind of unprofessional behavior. I also feel there could be some work to this property to help clean it up some.

My stay at the FairBridge inn has been amazing. if there's anything wrong with the room they are very quick and efficient to make sure that you are happy the rooms. The rooms are always very nice and clean and the management are always extremely helpful and kind Mr Atul and his wife our very customer friendly and always try to make sure you have what you need. And as long as I've stayed here they have been making improvements everyday which is great for the community here. So if you ever need a place to stay for a night/week/month then this would be a great place to check out and great prices.

I was a little nervous after reading reviews, am glad I went with my gut. Needed an suite for a few months while waiting on closing . The owner and his wife were great . I take care of an elderly gentleman and unfortunately he had a few off days , and I was a little short on monthly rate . Extremely embarrassing, very stressful , the owners were understanding and just really empathetic , I went from being in tears to laughing . Can honestly say I will miss them when we leave . Also I'm a single female never felt unsafe or uncomfortable, and they are putting in alot of work really cleaning up property , guests also. So if you need an extended homey feeling spot , definitely is the place !!

This hotel was an absolute nightmare and a waste of money. The first room I was given was a disaster, with the mattress propped against the wall and furniture scattered everywhere (see photos). They moved me to a second room, which was muggy, smoky, and reeked of a horrible, musty smell. The shower barely worked, the TV didn’t even turn on, and the overall condition was unacceptable. After 3-4 days, I noticed bed bug bites all over my legs. When I reported it, the staff rudely dismissed me, claiming their "detector" found no bed bugs and refused to refund the several remaining nights I had already paid for. Losing that much money was a huge hit, but the conditions were so unsafe and unbearable that I had no choice but to check out early for my own safety. Their dismissive and unprofession
