Extended Stay America - Washington, D.C. - Chantilly Airport

I've been in different Hotels Rooms. For the price, on this one I found things that I liked, for instance, it has a little kitchenett something that not all hotels offer, even tho. I liked the cleanliness but I think the clorox smell it was too strong and the front desk attendant is not that charismatic. But any ways on our favor the place was quiet...so far I have no complaints.

DO NOT STAY HERE. Black mold in the air vents. Dirt in the tub and on the doors. Used contact lenses on the ground. Garbage piled up outside my door. I stayed for an hour before leaving and going to a better hotel. I was promised a refund and haven’t heard a peep for six weeks. This place is disgusting, unlivable, and the people running it are dishonest.

Very nice clean and comfortable room. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was nice but sometimes squeaky. Would stay there again! Easy to find and near places to eat. Wasn't too fond of the breakfast but I am fussy about powdered eggs.

I'm not one to complain but this hotel was pretty bad. I did get in pretty late but waited 35 mins for someone to come to the front desk to check me in. Alcohol smell was insanely strong in the lobby. I had to fly out in a few hours so I really wasn't too happy about the wait. The guy looked like he either just woke up from a nap or was stoned out of his mind. Wasn't friendly at all. I mean I'm not expecting a huge smile that late but at least like have some common courtesy when someone is being nice despite being annoyed with the siituation. The bed was more like a futon like a fold out creaky old thing. Took me 10 mins just to find 1 trash can. Room was old and dirty. I was only there for 3 1/2 hours but it was probably the worst hotel stay I've ever had and I've stayed in some questiona

As of tonight when my fiancé and myself walked into this location of the hotel, the front desk person started to yell and. Raise his voice at us for no reason and would not allow us to have a word to explain about our reservation and said he will not honor our reservation to have us check in early. The man was either asleep or extremely high looking at work for this hotel. Was not properly dressed and looked like he was completely homeless. I am not happy nor accepting a beyond rude front desk person. Management should not allow anyone that is this aggressive and disrespectful to work for a hotel!! I do not care if the front desk person is having a bad day. This hotel should never accept an unprofessional front desk worker to work here. I will be calling guest relations as of today once th
