I had such an amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment I walked in, everything was clean, organized, and welcoming. The room was spotless, super comfortable, and had everything I needed. The atmosphere felt relaxing and safe, which made my stay even better. I especially want to mention John — he was incredibly helpful and kind throughout my stay. He went above and beyond to answer my questions and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. His customer service truly made a difference and added to the overall experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great experience!

Positive: "" Negative: When I arrived they didn’t have my reservation. After they found it I was told they didn’t have the room I reserved. They wanted to charge me the difference but ended up not doing that. There was a dead cockroach in the bathroom when I woke up.
