Extended Stay America Suites- Tampa - Airport - N. Westshore Blvd.

The wait at the desk for someone was extremely long. Cheaper to book on line. The room was good. Tub had hair and a little dirty but the room was bice. It is behind a gentlemans lounge. I was woke up at 130 am of ppl stomping upstairs. Morning hall was a mess from ppl having a great time bringing their party back to the hotel.upside is room was good, it has multiple elevators. I was here for 1 night. TV is not where you can watch from bed I saw lots of food delivery coming in

Had a late flight. Booked through a 3rd party a week prior. Called befor flight to confirm there weren't going to any issues at check in. Get to the hotel and im told they dont have the room I reserved and already paid for.( Its 12:30am ) I can pay $60 to UPGRADE to a king room or go elsewhere. Where else was i going to go when im already exhausted, I already paid an Uber to the hotel and I needed sleep!? I got to the room and it wasnt an upgrade at all. It was two full size beds which isnt the problem. The problem is I was made to pay another $30 per night for what I was told was the only sized room they had - a king. Then when looking around the room I find roach feces in the drawers and cabinets. Never ever will I return and I urge others not to go here either. Yes I have photos as well

Positive: Price! Negative: Room was listed as a one bedroom suite. No it was a studio! Not what we paid for.No other room available!, and no cancellation. Pull out couch mattress worn out. refrigerator made noise.did not sleep well. traffic noise early a.m. I should get a refund!

I booked this suite with my family of 5 people. First of all, there were not enough towels, I requested them and they made me go down to the lobby. There weren't enough bedspreads either, they also made me go down for them but that part is fine. There were not enough toiletries. The sofa bed included for the 5 was disgusting and dirty with unknown fluids, impossible to sleep there, we had to come our own mattress here. In the kitchen there was no utensil to be able to use it 🤣 this was the worst part and a joke for me, we couldn't find a single frying pan or a plate or spoon to use it. The bathroom door didn't work

The GM YANIERY IS SIMPLY AMAZING SHE IS VERY HELPFUL AND ACCOMMODATING. She answered all my questions and made sure my stay was enjoyable. Also the staff is super friendly. The rooms are nice and clean I truly love it here at this property will definitely come again
